Today, we’re diving into face-to-face communication. When it comes to meeting with others, there are a lot of ways to go wrong. To make matters worse, it’s much harder to recover from a faux pas made with a captive audience. Which of these in-person blunders is the most irritating?

Eternal Introductions

Meetings are already unpopular, but when you kick off every meeting with extended introductory conversations or tee-ups, it can make them seem like a waste of time.

Total Tardiness

Having to stall a meeting or punt other tasks because you’re waiting on another person is the pits. Tardiness, especially the chronic kind, degrades meeting quality and comes off as just plain rude to others.
